My wife and I discovered Los Cabos on a vacation in March of 2005. We loved the natural beauty of the sea, desert, and mountains so we spent part of our time looking at properties.
Wanting convenience we focused our attention on condos either on the beach or with a great ocean view. The very first condo we toured was at Las Mananitas where we ended up buying with the help and services of Paul Geisler. Paul made sure the buying process went smoothly and we closed in August of 2005. What we love about our Mexican winter getaway place is the location, a great ocean view, and the fantastic Sea of Cortez sunrises we get from our deck!
We spend 3 or 4 of the winter months in Las Mananitas where I work online and pursue my hobby of nature and bird photography. I enjoy walking in nearby arroyos and visiting San Jose del Cabo’s estuary for the opportunities to photograph anything that walks, crawls, swims or flies!
Los Cabos offers something for everyone between the beach, desert, mountains and the sea. If you like golf or fishing this is the right place to be. San Jose del Cabo is an affordable, relaxed historic Mexican city where the people are friendly and my wife and I feel welcome and safe. This is our home away from home.
