Puerto Los Cabos Golf Courses
Integral to Puerto Los Cabos, the master-planned resort community which opened in 2007 ten minutes from historic San José del Cabo, are its three unique 18-hole golf course combinations. All are located in the pristine desert foothills of the Sierra La Laguna mountain range with breathtaking Sea of Cortez vistas. Each nine holes has a culinary palapa offering made-to-order local cuisine and cold beverages included in the green fees, along with practice balls, and a golf cart. The courses have Paspalum SeaIsle 1 Bermuda grass on the tees and fairways and Paspalum SeaDwarf grass on the greens.
The Greg Norman 9-hole course, designed by Greg Norman is a 3,590-yard course with a Par 36. It has over 400 feet of elevation change and is a classic sandbelt course.
The Nicklaus I Course, is a sculpted signature design, at 3,758 yards, with a Par 36 highlighted by the fifth and sixth holes which extend right to the shoreline.
The Nicklaus II Course designed by Jack Nicklaus opened in 2018. The Par 36, 3,436-yard course begins with a links-style opening, playing towards the Sea of Cortez and framed by sand dunes in the distance.
Puerto Los Cabos’ full-service Clubhouse opened in 2017. It offers a retail golf shop, restaurant, and bar, where golfers, locals, and tourists can be found.
