It was such a pleasure to work with Michael. He is organized, professional and friendly. Not only did his persistence pay off in finding a great condo, but he went above and beyond any expectations when he helped me find a balcony bistro set, transported it, then helped me put it together. (And then we had a defective part, so he drove back to Costco and returned with a pre-assembled chair). Just an all-around great experience!
